Robert Smith, LCSW is co-founder of Inter-Care Private Services of New York and Vermont.  He is also co-founder of Inter-Care Ltd., a comprehensive treatment services provider in New York City and the Inter-Care Family Foundation.  A Native Vermonter, Smith has a master’s degree from Columbia University and is a licensed social worker in the state of New York.  He specializes in family and workplace interventions and has more than 25 years of experience in the addiction field.
