Vincent Casolaro, Founding Clinical Director of Inter-Care, Ltd., has worked with chemically dependent individuals and co-dependent families since 1973, specializing in corporate, executive and family interventions. Mr. Casolaro is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and a Credentialed Alcoholism Counselor in the State of New York, a National Certified Addiction Counselor, and a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). For ten years he was co-director of the Special Health Committee EAP for TWU Local 504 at Pan American World Airways. Mr. Casolaro was an adjunct professor at the New School and has taught for Cornell University on Long Island, and has also taught for twenty-five years at Central Labor Rehabilitation Council. Mr. Casolaro co-authored a chapter entitled “The Process of Intervention: Getting Alcoholics and Drug Abusers to Treatment,” which appeared in the book Clinical Work With Substance – Abusing Clients edited by Shulamith Lala Ashenberg Straussner (Guilford Press, 1993)
